Previn holds an excellent scholastic record from the University Technology of Malaysia and begun his career in a leading international property consultancy firm in Kuala Lumpur in the early 1990s. Here he was exposed to all facets of the property industry, beginning his career in the Research and Consultancy Department. He then ventured into the Valuation Department and finally his passion for sales and marketing led him to the agency department, where he closed the single biggest residential deal in the history of the said firm. He was then head hunted to another leading property consultancy to head the Residential Agency.

After a short stint with Tenggara Capital Bhd as the Commercial Manager and also Head of Marketing and Sales (Property), Previn was head hunted to start up a brand new Hospitality Management Company, Signforce His last position in this dynamic company was as the Chief Marketing Officer overlooking the sales and marketing of some of the finest hotels and resorts in the region.

Previn is a Registered Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia and has been registered since 1995. He is also a Certified Residential Specialist from NAR and is a Registered Valuer and Property Manager.

He has been honoured with a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Designee by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), an association of influencing and shaping the real estate industry. Previn has a strong passion for excellence in Corporate Real Estate and his pet is the Hospitality Sector.

Haridash P Ramasamy, is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Real Estate Agents and a member of FIABCI. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from University of Wales.

Haridash P Ramasamy has almost 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Having worked in 2 international property consultancy firms over the 25 years, he has been either involved or undertaken major tasks for many local or MNC clients. His wealth of experience and knowledge transcends all sectors of real estate agency and consultancy services but his forte is in the selling of development land and sale and leasing of industrial properties. Haridash P Ramasamy has also successfully acted as the purchasing agent for some major clients.

Some of his notable assignments include the private and compulsory acquisitions of land for an Independent Power Plant in Port Dickson on behalf of Sime Darby Berhad, consultancy services in respect of 1000 acres of land in Bandar Nusajaya for the then Renong Berhad and Universal Studio of USA, few development land transactions in the vicinity of KLCC circa RM55miilion to RM90miilion, sale of investment office buildings to local institutions, sale and purchase of industrial properties in PJ, Shah Alam, Sg Besi and Klang and acquisition of branch premises throughout Peninsular and East Malaysia for the then United Merchant Finance Berhad.

Some important assignments have taken him to countries like Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, Thailand, Singapore and Cambodia.

Arvin Kumar @ AK graduated from the University of Northumbria, Newcastle. He started his career in the education industry. In 2009, he joined a real estate firm after seeing a great future in the property industry. AK joined Zerin in 2015. Having 8 years of experience in the industry, AK has a good record of successfully guiding local and multinational clients. His clients have consistently sought his advice and trusted his judgment on many deals. His cliental includes high profile individuals and prominent developers.

Jack Chong graduated with a Degree in Business Administration in marketing and finance. He has been in marketing and project management over the past 3 years with experience in real estate, infused with core sales skills gained over the years. After graduating, Jack worked in a private school as an executive with a focus on managing key projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

A broad portfolio of well-rounded business skills has provided the platform for Jack to operate successfully in a commercial real estate environment. With close to 13 years of corporate experience, Nisha also joined BNI in 2018 for a year to expand her networking and business acumen.

Michel Yong joined the real estate industry in 2015. For 3 years, Michel focused on projects and sub-sales for high-end and high-rise residentials in prime locations such as KLCC, Ampang, KL Eco City, Bangsar, Bangsar South and KL Sentral.

Prior working experience includes being in the F&B industry for 3 years managing and training staff within a large chain of Italian restaurants in London.

Subsequent to that, he has 31 years of experience in the real estate industry dealing with several high-net-worth individuals, large corporates and also with public listed property developers in transacting luxury condominiums, detached homes (in Bukit Tunku, Damansara Heights and Bangsar), terrace house, shophouses located in prime CBDs, office spaces which include the Senada Corporate Office Tower in Bukit Kiara as well as industrial land parcels.

Furthermore, he has extensive experience transacting purchases/sales and rentals with foreign purchasers and expatriate tenants, as well as helping clients acquire prime commercial and residential investment properties.

A Qualified CPA, Jean says she has always been interested in property.  However before following her true calling she spent 6 years in corporate finance in the banking and finance industry. Her desire for new experiences even saw her move to Thailand to join a glove factory as Its Finance Manager.

She joined Zerin Properties in December 2008.  Her favourite thing about her job is meeting new people.

In addition to enjoying the flexible working hours, Shanti loves the fact that so many of her clients have become good friends.  Shanti was born in Kedah and has ten years in real estate to her credit.  She finds job satisfaction in achieving her sales targets and has achieved the highest number of property deals closed for residential properties.

Kuhan graduated from the University of Nottingham with an Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree. Joshua Cheah is an accomplished entrepreneur with 23 years of success in the field of real estate and development.

His venture into the industry started back in 1997 as a Sales Advisor at MBF Property Sdn. Bhd. His aptitude and passion for the business allowed him to be promptly promoted to managing a number of properties located in the Penang Island.

He aspired to reach greater heights and in 2007 succeeded exceedingly through his affiliation with Metro Homes Sdn. Bhd. During his 7 year tenure in overseeing the operations of its Penang Branch, Joshua has skilfully mastered the art of persuasive communication in achieving profitable deals competently and proficiently.

Keshen is an economics degree holder with 2 years of experience in Operations in the information technology sector. He then decided to pursue a career in real estate where his interest lied. Shahrizan Kamarulzaman, graduated with a Diploma in Accountancy in September 1990 at Politeknik Ungku Omar and later on in April 2001, he graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He joined Zerin Properties in May 2019 as a Head of Accounting.

He has received team awards from Dr. Ng Boon Beng, Finance Director of Oracle Malaysia; K Rahman, Managing Director of Oracle Malaysia and received two awards from Jimmy Cheah, Country Managing Director of Oracle Malaysia. Moreover, he is also a member of Malaysian Institut of Accountants (MIA).

Yaziru Amiru, graduated from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Property Management in November of 2018. Yaziru also completed studies in Valuation, Estate Agency & Property Management as a major during his time at UTM.

Ezmal Ellias graduated from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) with a Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management (Hons), majoring in Property Management, Valuation, and Estate Agency. He started his career in the property industry focusing on Property Valuation before transitioning into Property Management, where he found his true passion. With a wealth of experience, Ezmal has worked his way up from a Building Executive to his current role as an Area Manager.

He has managed a diverse range of properties, including landed strata developments, residential properties, serviced apartments, and mixed developments. His experience encompasses all aspects of property management, including operations, strata law, tribunal cases, and financial management.

In his free time, Ezmal enjoys cafe hopping with his wife and daughter, exploring new places for the best coffee, food, and ambiance. He also spends his weekends on casual hiking, running, and tending to his collection of aroid plants.

Mim Qashash holds a Diploma in Business Studies from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), which she completed in 2020. She began her career as an administrative assistant at an interior design company and subsequently joined Zerin Properties as an admin executive at I-Zen Kiara 1, Mont Kiara. Mim is seeking challenging opportunities that offer upward mobility and is eager to gain expertise in comprehensive management and operations. Outside of work, she is passionate about cooking and enjoys exploring nature with her family and friends.

Graduating with a bachelor's degree in Estate Management in October 2021, Farah began her professional journey with an internship at Intra Harta during her diploma studies. She then started her career with Zerin Properties as a building executive in Taman Desa Pesona, subsequently advancing to roles at 78LAD & Li Villa. Currently, she serves as a handover lead, managing Li Villa and Sri Bangsar Apartment. Known for being career-driven, she continuously seeks to improve and become a better person. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and engaging in outdoor activities.

Suhaimi graduated from UiTM Tapah, Perak, with a Diploma in Accounting Information Systems on October 2015. He started his career as an Account Assistant at O'brien's Irish Sandwich Malaysia on October 2015 untill October 2016.

At a young age he was in charge of all accounting matters for 5 outlets. Thereafter, he spent some time working as an Accounts Assistant for Kamarudin Azhar & Partners. More prominently he was able to shine in The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd where he was assisting the Finance Manager for 82 outlets.

Lukman Afif is an account executive who graduated from UiTM Tapah, Perak with a Diploma in Accounting Information System and is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree of Accountancy at UiTM Shah Alam, Selangor.

He started his career at GMY Associate from November 2015 until March 2018 as an account assistant before promoted to account executive. Prior to joining Zerin Properties Urus Harta in November 2019, Lukman gained experience working for Ask CFO Sdn Bhd as a head accountant in January.

Siti Zulaikha graduated from Kolej Profesional MARA Bandar Melaka with a Diploma in Islamic Banking and Finance. She began her career at Broadmindz Property Management as an Administration and Account Executive. In May 2022, she joined Zerin Properties Urus Harta as an Account Executive at one of the sites and was promoted in May 2023 to the position of Account Executive in the HQ Accounting Team.

Nur Ainaa is a proud graduate of Gombak Vocational College (KVG), where she earned her Diploma in Accounting at the remarkable age of 19. During her academic journey, Nur Ainaa completed an enriching internship at an esteemed Account Firm, specializing in auditing.

Azlan Shah graduated from Institut Teknologi Seremban with a Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) and Majlis Latihan Vokasional Malaysia (MLVK) in Electrical, Domestic, and Industrial courses in 1998. He also acquired professional certificate from the Institut Latihan Perindustrian Jln Kuchai Lama Kuala Lumpur as an LV Chargeman. In May 2019, Azlan joined Zerin Properties Urus Harta as an Executive in the Property Management division.

Recently, in 2021, Azlan graduated from UKM ICT Bangsar with a Professional Diploma in Engineering Management, which focuses on managing facilities and maintenance work on buildings. Additionally, he is registered with CIDB as a green card holder, which is a legal declaration card that qualifies registered individuals to be involved in the Malaysian Construction Industry. Azlan is also a registered Competency of LV Chargeman with Energy Commission of Malaysia under The Electricity Supply Act and Regulation. To top it off, he has more than 10 years of experience in building maintenance.

Muhammad Auf Aqib Salahuddin graduated from Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi Mara Balik Pulau in Pulau Pinang after successfully completing his Diploma in Engineering Industrial Mechatronic in 2021. Aqib also holds a Certificate in Mechatronic Engineering Technology from the Institut Kemahiran MARA, Beseri in 2016.

In 2015-2016, he was a Maintenance at Malaysia Transformer Manufacturing (MFG). Subsequently, he completed his internship at Knowless Electronic (M) Sdn Bhd as an Assistance Engineer Technician in 2019. He joined Zerin Properties Urus Harta in May 2020 as a Senior Technician. Mohammad Saffuan Azzuan graduated from Kuala Terengganu Community College with a Certificate in Electrical Technology (STE) in 2010. He completed his internship at Kemaman Supply Base as a 6-month trainee in the Electrical Technical Team.

He started his career as a technician at Muadzam Shah Pahang National Service Training from 2011 to 2012. His main duties include focusing on building damage and electrical problems. He also worked at Gastronic (M) Sdn Bhd, an oil and gas company, as a gas detector installer for 4 years.

He joined Zerin Properties Urus Harta in July as a technician at Lumi Tropicana, Petaling Jaya. In addition, he has more than 5 years of experience as a building technician.

Shahfida Aniza graduated from MARA University of Technology. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting in January 2017. Shahfida also completed her internship at Sapura Resources Berhad as an Intern Staff for 6 months in the Internal Audit Department.

She started her career as a Finance and Administration Executive at Red Money Sdn Bhd. Her main job and task focus on Accounts, Human Resources, and Administration.

Shahfida joined Zerin Properties during Movement Control Order (MCO) in March 2020 as Human Resources Executive.

She is a hard-working person and eager to learn new knowledge. She takes up an HR position as a challenge for her to succeed.

She enjoyed baking cakes and making western food for the family as her hobby.

Graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2019, Lina did not waste her time and started her career as a Customer Specialist as a means to get out of her introverted shell. A passionate and result driven person resulted in her landing her first HR Executive position in one of the best Oil & Gas recruitment company.

A highly organised and hardworking individual, she started her career with Zerin Properties in June 2022 as a HR Executive specialised in Hiring and Recruitment.

An owner of a beautiful female calico, Lina loves to spend her weekends lounging at home with her cat just Netflix and unwind.

Sr Kuljeet is the Chief Executive Officer of Zerin Properties Corporate Valuers Sdn. Bhd. and is a Registered Valuer (V0431), Registered Estate Agent (E1314) and Registered Property Manager (PM0431) with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers in Malaysia since 1996.

He is a Chartered Surveyor with more than 30 years experience in the property industry and has assumed senior leadership and management positions as a Partner in leading international property consultancies such as Jones Lang Wootton (JLW), Raine & Horne International Zaki + Partners Sdn Bhd and KS International Property Consultants.

His core expertise and experience encompasses Corporate Valuations and Advisory services for various public listed companies, private equity funds, institutional clients, insurance companies, banks and financial institutions.

Kuljeet has undertaken portfolio valuation and corporate valuation exercises for various purposes including submissions to Securities Commission Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Foreign Investment Committee, Director of Insurance and Takaful Supervision, Bank Negara Malaysia, Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Reporting, Financing and Corporate Restructuring.

He has also been involved in Capital Markets transactions and investments, Leasing, Research & Consultancy and property advisory services encompassing all major sectors of the property market.

Lee Loong Yee is an Assistant Manager in the Valuation & Advisory team at Zerin Properties Corporate Valuers Sdn. Bhd. and is a Registered Probationary Valuer (PV2329) with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers in Malaysia since 2018.

Loong Yee graduated with Bachelor of Estate Management degree with Honours from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College which provided him with the requisite knowledge and technical expertise in property valuation enabling him to establish a strong foundation in the industry and achieve his professional goals. 

Janice is a Valuation & Advisory Executive in the Valuation & Advisory team at Zerin Properties Corporate Valuers Sdn. Bhd. and is a Registered Probationary Valuer (PV3079) with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers in Malaysia since April 2024.

She graduated from University of Reading with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate with First Class Honours. With a strong theroretical foundation and passion for the property industry, she is enthusiastic about contributing her skills and dedication to the dynamic organisation.

Janice gained valuable practical experience at CH Williams Talhar & Wong in Sabah as an intern in the valuation department.

In her current role as a Valuation & Advisory Executive, Janice undertakes valuation assignments across various property sectors including office buildings, hypermarkets and development lands, producing detailed valuation reports and conducting market research analysis.

Rohen is an architect with a keen interest in sustainable design for property construction & development. He spent the last 15 years working on various residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Malaysia and internationally, leading multidisciplinary teams working on complex developments to meet client & project deliverables.

He recently pivoted towards developing real expertise in sustainable property development and management by leveraging on BIM & digital twin software to create integrated solutions for building projects that are both financially and environmentally sustainable. Rohen grew his own design portfolio to include new real estate typologies such as Co – Living/Co – Working developments, Ghost Kitchens, Urban Farming & Integrated Triple Net Zero Affordable Housing, as well as solutions for sustainable retrofitting/repurposing projects. His latest venture is focused on the development of customised & contextualised ESG policies and frameworks for property developers in Malaysia and the region and includes aligning reporting standards with internationally recognised ESG tools and frameworks, as well as working with clients to secure preferred green finance facilities.
