He then ventured into the Valuation Department and finally his passion for sales and marketing led him to the agency department, where he closed the single biggest residential deal in the history of the said firm. He was then head hunted to another leading property consultancy to head the Residential Agency.
After a short stint with Tenggara Capital Bhd as the Commercial Manager and also Head of Marketing and Sales (Property), Previn was head hunted to start up a brand new Hospitality Management Company, Signforce His last position in this dynamic company was as the Chief Marketing Officer overlooking the sales and marketing of some of the finest hotels and resorts in the region.

Haridash P Ramasamy, is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Real Estate Agents and a member of FIABCI. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from University of Wales.

Having worked in 2 international property consultancy firms over the 25 years, he has been either involved or undertaken major tasks for many local or MNC clients. Jack Chong graduated with a Degree in Business Administration in marketing and finance. He has been in marketing and project management over the past 3 years with experience in real estate, infused with core sales skills gained over the years. Ezmal Ellias graduated from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) with a Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management (Hons), majoring in Property Management, Valuation, and Estate Agency. He started his career in the property industry focusing on Property Valuation before transitioning into Property Management, where he found his true passion. With a wealth of experience, Ezmal has worked his way up from a Building Executive to his current role as an Area Manager.

Suhaimi graduated from UiTM Tapah, Perak, with a Diploma in Accounting Information Systems on October 2015. He started his career as an Account Assistant at O'brien's Irish Sandwich Malaysia on October 2015 untill October 2016.
At a young age he was in charge of all accounting matters for 5 outlets. Thereafter, he spent some time working as an Accounts Assistant for Kamarudin Azhar & Partners. Lukman Afif is an account executive who graduated from UiTM Tapah, Perak with a Diploma in Accounting Information System and is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree of Accountancy at UiTM Shah Alam, Selangor.

Siti Zulaikha graduated from Kolej Profesional MARA Bandar Melaka with a Diploma in Islamic Banking and Finance. She began her career at Broadmindz Property Management as an Administration and Account Executive. In May 2022, she joined Zerin Properties Urus Harta as an Account Executive at one of the sites and was promoted in May 2023 to the position of Account Executive in the HQ Accounting Team.

He also acquired professional certificate from the Institut Latihan Perindustrian Jln Kuchai Lama Kuala Lumpur as an LV Chargeman. Muhammad Auf Aqib Salahuddin graduated from Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi Mara Balik Pulau in Pulau Pinang after successfully completing his Diploma in Engineering Industrial Mechatronic in 2021. Aqib also holds a Certificate in Mechatronic Engineering Technology from the Institut Kemahiran MARA, Beseri in 2016.

Mohammad Saffuan Azzuan graduated from Kuala Terengganu Community College with a Certificate in Electrical Technology (STE) in 2010. He completed his internship at Kemaman Supply Base as a 6-month trainee in the Electrical Technical Team.
He started his career as a technician at Muadzam Shah Pahang National Service Training from 2011 to 2012. His main duties include focusing on building damage and electrical problems. He also worked at Gastronic (M) Sdn Bhd, an oil and gas company, as a gas detector installer for 4 years.
He joined Zerin Properties Urus Harta in July as a technician at Lumi Tropicana, Petaling Jaya. In addition, he has more than 5 years of experience as a building technician.
Shahfida Aniza graduated from MARA University of Technology. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting in January 2017. Shahfida also completed her internship at Sapura Resources Berhad as an Intern Staff for 6 months in the Internal Audit Department.
She started her career as a Finance and Administration Executive at Red Money Sdn Bhd. Her main job and task focus on Accounts, Human Resources, and Administration.
Shahfida joined Zerin Properties during Movement Control Order (MCO) in March 2020 as Human Resources Executive.
She is a hard-working person and eager to learn new knowledge. She takes up an HR position as a challenge for her to succeed.
She enjoyed baking cakes and making western food for the family as her hobby.

Sr Kuljeet is the Chief Executive Officer of Zerin Properties Corporate Valuers Sdn. Bhd. and is a Registered Valuer (V0431), Registered Estate Agent (E1314) and Registered Property Manager (PM0431) with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers in Malaysia since 1996.
He is a Chartered Surveyor with more than 30 years experience in the property industry and has assumed senior leadership and management positions as a Partner in leading international property consultancies such as Jones Lang Wootton (JLW), Raine & Horne International Zaki + Partners Sdn Bhd and KS International Property Consultants.
His core expertise and experience encompasses Corporate Valuations and Advisory services for various public listed companies, private equity funds, institutional clients, insurance companies, banks and financial institutions.
Kuljeet has undertaken portfolio valuation and corporate valuation exercises for various purposes including submissions to Securities Commission Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Foreign Investment Committee, Director of Insurance and Takaful Supervision, Bank Negara Malaysia, Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Reporting, Financing and Corporate Restructuring.
He has also been involved in Capital Markets transactions and investments, Leasing, Research & Consultancy and property advisory services encompassing all major sectors of the property market.
Lee Loong Yee is an Assistant Manager in the Valuation & Advisory team at Zerin Properties Corporate Valuers Sdn. Bhd. and is a Registered Probationary Valuer (PV2329) with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers in Malaysia since 2018.
Loong Yee graduated with Bachelor of Estate Management degree with Honours from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College which provided him with the requisite knowledge and technical expertise in property valuation enabling him to establish a strong foundation in the industry and achieve his professional goals.
He gained valuable experience in property valuation at Khong & Jaafar Sdn Bhd and later transitioned to Hartamas Valuation & Consultancy Sdn Bhd.Janice is a Valuation & Advisory Executive in the Valuation & Advisory team at Zerin Properties Corporate Valuers Sdn. Bhd. and is a Registered Probationary Valuer (PV3079) with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers in Malaysia since April 2024.
She graduated from University of Reading with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate with First Class Honours. With a strong theroretical foundation and passion for the property industry, she is enthusiastic about contributing her skills and dedication to the dynamic organisation.
Janice gained valuable practical experience at CH Williams Talhar & Wong in Sabah as an intern in the valuation department.
In her current role as a Valuation & Advisory Executive, Janice undertakes valuation assignments across various property sectors including office buildings, hypermarkets and development lands, producing detailed valuation reports and conducting market research analysis.
Rohen is an architect with a keen interest in sustainable design for property construction & development. He spent the last 15 years working on various residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Malaysia and internationally, leading multidisciplinary teams working on complex developments to meet client & project deliverables.
He recently pivoted towards developing real expertise in sustainable property development and management by leveraging on BIM & digital twin software to create integrated solutions for building projects that are both financially and environmentally sustainable. Rohen grew his own design portfolio to include new real estate typologies such as Co – Living/Co – Working developments, Ghost Kitchens, Urban Farming & Integrated Triple Net Zero Affordable Housing, as well as solutions for sustainable retrofitting/repurposing projects. His latest venture is focused on the development of customised & contextualised ESG policies and frameworks for property developers in Malaysia and the region and includes aligning reporting standards with internationally recognised ESG tools and frameworks, as well as working with clients to secure preferred green finance facilities.
