Having over 10 years experience in the Real Estate Industry, Shah started off his Real Estate career in the Middle East. Being passionate to serve within the industry, he then decided to return to Malaysia to pursue this career thus begin his lengthy tenure with the Business Space Team of Zerin Properties.
Under the tutelage of Previndran, Shah has a completed Diploma in Estate Management and has obtained his Probationary Estate Agent license. Coupled with his background in Accounting, Shah excels in delivering the highest standard of service within the Corporate Real Estate market in Kuala Lumpur. Having been exposed to challenging transactions within Zerin Properties, Shah is committed in delivering the highest levels of service and ensuring that integrity & professionalism is maintained at all times.
Being one of the core members of Zerin Properties, Shah assists in managing the Business Space Team. With his experience, he is also committed in assisting his team members and clients achieve their Real Estate dreams.
Yaziru Amiru, graduated from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Property Management in November of 2018. Yaziru also completed studies in Valuation, Estate Agency & Property Management as a major during his time at UTM.
Having completed his internship at Firdaus & Associates Property Professional – Valuation & Property management department, Yaziru knew this was the industry for him and has now started his first job at Zerin Properties.
Having a great passion in Property Management, Yaziru is determined and eager to boost the Zerin Properties Urus Harta Team.
When not working, Yaziru is a keen sportsman, having represented Malaysia at the Asian Games 2018, Palembang as one of the nations top Skateboarders.
Ezmal Ellias graduated from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) with a Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management (Hons), majoring in Property Management, Valuation, and Estate Agency. He started his career in the property industry focusing on Property Valuation before transitioning into Property Management, where he found his true passion. With a wealth of experience, Ezmal has worked his way up from a Building Executive to his current role as an Area Manager.
He has managed a diverse range of properties, including landed strata developments, residential properties, serviced apartments, and mixed developments. His experience encompasses all aspects of property management, including operations, strata law, tribunal cases, and financial management.
In his free time, Ezmal enjoys cafe hopping with his wife and daughter, exploring new places for the best coffee, food, and ambiance. He also spends his weekends on casual hiking, running, and tending to his collection of aroid plants.
Mim Qashash holds a Diploma in Business Studies from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), which she completed in 2020. She began her career as an administrative assistant at an interior design company and subsequently joined Zerin Properties as an admin executive at I-Zen Kiara 1, Mont Kiara. Mim is seeking challenging opportunities that offer upward mobility and is eager to gain expertise in comprehensive management and operations. Outside of work, she is passionate about cooking and enjoys exploring nature with her family and friends.
Graduating with a bachelor's degree in Estate Management in October 2021, Farah began her professional journey with an internship at Intra Harta during her diploma studies. She then started her career with Zerin Properties as a building executive in Taman Desa Pesona, subsequently advancing to roles at 78LAD & Li Villa. Currently, she serves as a handover lead, managing Li Villa and Sri Bangsar Apartment. Known for being career-driven, she continuously seeks to improve and become a better person. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and engaging in outdoor activities.
Lukman Afif is an account executive who graduated from UiTM Tapah, Perak with a Diploma in Accounting Information System and is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree of Accountancy at UiTM Shah Alam, Selangor.
He started his career at GMY Associate from November 2015 until March 2018 as an account assistant before promoted to account executive. Prior to joining Zerin Properties Urus Harta in November 2019, Lukman gained experience working for Ask CFO Sdn Bhd as a head accountant in January.
With all the experience and specialization in preparing management accounts in various industries, Lukman believes that he can contribute to the success of Zerin Properties as a whole.
Suhaimi graduated from UiTM Tapah, Perak, with a Diploma in Accounting Information Systems on October 2015. He started his career as an Account Assistant at O'brien's Irish Sandwich Malaysia on October 2015 untill October 2016.
At a young age he was in charge of all accounting matters for 5 outlets. Thereafter, he spent some time working as an Accounts Assistant for Kamarudin Azhar & Partners. More prominently he was able to shine in The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd where he was assisting the Finance Manager for 82 outlets.
Prior to joining the vibrant team at Zerin Properties Urus Harta, Suhaimi was working for a local accounting company whereby he gained managerial skills. Suhaimi is passionate about providing the best accounting services to our clients that are in line with the highest regard to professional accounting standards.
Muhammad Nur Aizat graduated with a Diploma in Accounting from Kolej Vokasional Setapak and holds a Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia Level 4 in Accounting. He brings hands-on experience in accounting and audit support from his roles as Junior Auditor at Sundar & Associates, Account Assistant at Myrgoser Sdn Bhd, and most recently, as an Account Executive at Whole Foods Express Sdn Bhd. These roles have equipped him with a solid understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and the use of accounting systems in daily operations.
Aizat is now eager to continue growing his career in the accounting and finance field, aiming to become a dependable team member and eventually step into a leadership role. He is known for his commitment to learning and contributing confidently in dynamic work environments. Outside of his professional life, Aizat enjoys hiking, football, and exploring entertainment, which reflect his energetic and well-rounded personality.
Siti Zulaikha graduated from Kolej Profesional MARA Bandar Melaka with a Diploma in Islamic Banking and Finance. She began her career at Broadmindz Property Management as an Administration and Account Executive. In May 2022, she joined Zerin Properties Urus Harta as an Account Executive at one of the sites and was promoted in May 2023 to the position of Account Executive in the HQ Accounting Team.
Ameerul Azhan graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Islamic Finance from UniKL Business School. He has hands-on experience in full set accounting, payroll administration and financial reporting, gained from his previous roles at RumaValet, where he independently managed accounting and administrative tasks as the sole member of the accounts department and Raudhah Associates, where he served as an Assistant Accountant supporting audit and tax-related functions. These roles allowed him to build practical experience in managing day-to-day financial tasks, navigating real-world accounting challenges and ensuring accurate reporting.
Ameerul joined Zerin Properties in March 2025 as an Account Executive, bringing with him a solid foundation in financial processes and a strong work ethic. Now exploring the real estate industry, he is eager to apply his skills in a more dynamic environment, where he can continue learning while adding value through structured financial management and process improvements.
Outside of work, Ameerul is an entrepreneur at heart, managing his own F&B venture and enjoys taking part in leadership and community activities where he can learn, grow and help others.
Azlan Shah graduated from Institut Teknologi Seremban with a Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) and Majlis Latihan Vokasional Malaysia (MLVK) in Electrical, Domestic, and Industrial courses in 1998. He also acquired professional certificate from the Institut Latihan Perindustrian Jln Kuchai Lama Kuala Lumpur as an LV Chargeman. In May 2019, Azlan joined Zerin Properties Urus Harta as an Executive in the Property Management division.
Recently, in 2021, Azlan graduated from UKM ICT Bangsar with a Professional Diploma in Engineering Management, which focuses on managing facilities and maintenance work on buildings. Additionally, he is registered with CIDB as a green card holder, which is a legal declaration card that qualifies registered individuals to be involved in the Malaysian Construction Industry. Azlan is also a registered Competency of LV Chargeman with Energy Commission of Malaysia under The Electricity Supply Act and Regulation. To top it off, he has more than 10 years of experience in building maintenance.
Muhammad Auf Aqib Salahuddin graduated from Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi Mara Balik Pulau in Pulau Pinang after successfully completing his Diploma in Engineering Industrial Mechatronic in 2021. Aqib also holds a Certificate in Mechatronic Engineering Technology from the Institut Kemahiran MARA, Beseri in 2016.
In 2015-2016, he was a Maintenance at Malaysia Transformer Manufacturing (MFG). Subsequently, he completed his internship at Knowless Electronic (M) Sdn Bhd as an Assistance Engineer Technician in 2019. He joined Zerin Properties Urus Harta in May 2020 as a Senior Technician. Aqib participated in skill developments, onsite training, and mentorship programs to improve his professional skills with Zerin Properties Urus Harta.
Mohammad Saffuan Azzuan graduated from Kuala Terengganu Community College with a Certificate in Electrical Technology (STE) in 2010. He completed his internship at Kemaman Supply Base as a 6-month trainee in the Electrical Technical Team.
He started his career as a technician at Muadzam Shah Pahang National Service Training from 2011 to 2012. His main duties include focusing on building damage and electrical problems. He also worked at Gastronic (M) Sdn Bhd, an oil and gas company, as a gas detector installer for 4 years.
He joined Zerin Properties Urus Harta in July as a technician at Lumi Tropicana, Petaling Jaya. In addition, he has more than 5 years of experience as a building technician.
Shahfida Aniza graduated from MARA University of Technology. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting in January 2017. Shahfida also completed her internship at Sapura Resources Berhad as an Intern Staff for 6 months in the Internal Audit Department.
She started her career as a Finance and Administration Executive at Red Money Sdn Bhd. Her main job and task focus on Accounts, Human Resources, and Administration.
Shahfida joined Zerin Properties during Movement Control Order (MCO) in March 2020 as Human Resources Executive.
She is a hard-working person and eager to learn new knowledge. She takes up an HR position as a challenge for her to succeed.
She enjoyed baking cakes and making western food for the family as her hobby.
Lina Binti Nordin brings a unique blend of creativity and people management to her role in HR, having started her journey in Culinary Arts before transitioning into the dynamic world of Human Resources. Her background in the culinary industry has equipped her with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments—qualities that seamlessly translate into her HR role. With four years of experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement, Lina is passionate about connecting the right people to the right opportunities, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring that employees feel valued and supported in their career growth.
Outside of work, Lina finds joy in the company of her two amazing cats, who are her perfect companions for unwinding after a busy day. She values work-life balance and enjoys decompressing with a good Netflix series, making the most of her downtime to recharge and stay inspired.
Sr Kuljeet is the Chief Executive Officer of Zerin Properties Corporate Valuers Sdn. Bhd. and is a Registered Valuer (V0431), Registered Estate Agent (E1314) and Registered Property Manager (PM0431) with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers in Malaysia since 1996.
He is a Chartered Surveyor with more than 30 years experience in the property industry and has assumed senior leadership and management positions as a Partner in leading international property consultancies such as Jones Lang Wootton (JLW), Raine & Horne International Zaki + Partners Sdn Bhd and KS International Property Consultants.
His core expertise and experience encompasses Corporate Valuations and Advisory services for various public listed companies, private equity funds, institutional clients, insurance companies, banks and financial institutions.
Kuljeet has undertaken portfolio valuation and corporate valuation exercises for various purposes including submissions to Securities Commission Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Foreign Investment Committee, Director of Insurance and Takaful Supervision, Bank Negara Malaysia, Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Reporting, Financing and Corporate Restructuring.
He has also been involved in Capital Markets transactions and investments, Leasing, Research & Consultancy and property advisory services encompassing all major sectors of the property market.
Janice is a Valuation & Advisory Executive in the Valuation & Advisory team at Zerin Properties Corporate Valuers Sdn. Bhd. and is a Registered Probationary Valuer (PV3079) with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers in Malaysia since April 2024.
She graduated from University of Reading with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate with First Class Honours. With a strong theroretical foundation and passion for the property industry, she is enthusiastic about contributing her skills and dedication to the dynamic organisation.
Janice gained valuable practical experience at CH Williams Talhar & Wong in Sabah as an intern in the valuation department.
In her current role as a Valuation & Advisory Executive, Janice undertakes valuation assignments across various property sectors including office buildings, hypermarkets and development lands, producing detailed valuation reports and conducting market research analysis.
Rohen is an architect with a keen interest in sustainable design for property construction & development. He spent the last 15 years working on various residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Malaysia and internationally, leading multidisciplinary teams working on complex developments to meet client & project deliverables.
He recently pivoted towards developing real expertise in sustainable property development and management by leveraging on BIM & digital twin software to create integrated solutions for building projects that are both financially and environmentally sustainable. Rohen grew his own design portfolio to include new real estate typologies such as Co – Living/Co – Working developments, Ghost Kitchens, Urban Farming & Integrated Triple Net Zero Affordable Housing, as well as solutions for sustainable retrofitting/repurposing projects. His latest venture is focused on the development of customised & contextualised ESG policies and frameworks for property developers in Malaysia and the region and includes aligning reporting standards with internationally recognised ESG tools and frameworks, as well as working with clients to secure preferred green finance facilities.
Sugu is a seasoned development manager and visionary leader with a remarkable 17-year track record in reshaping urban landscapes.
